Nach 15 Jahren, in denen ich komplexe Anforderungen in funktionierende Systeme übersetzt habe, bringe ich Enterprise-Delivery-Disziplin zu individuellen Plattformen, Automatisierung und Integrationen für KMU und wachsende Unternehmen in der Schweiz und Rumänien.

Hintergrund

Ich bin Projektmanager und Solution Architect. In den letzten 15 Jahren habe ich Enterprise-IT-Projekte, Systemintegrationen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben umgesetzt, darunter ein Jahrzehnt IT-Projektlieferung bei einem globalen Konsumgüterunternehmen und leitende Rollen in Solution-Architektur und Application-Management bei einer Schweizer medizinischen Stiftung.

In diesen Rollen verantwortete ich Enterprise-Integrationsplattformen sowie Stammdaten- und Identity-Landschaften. Ich migrierte mehr als 25 Integrations-Workflows ohne Ausfallzeit in die Cloud und führte Projekte von den ersten Anforderungen über Test, Release und Einführung bis zur betrieblichen Übergabe.

Heute arbeite ich unabhängig und bringe dieselbe Disziplin mit: klare Governance, saubere Integrationsarchitektur, echte Release-Readiness und eine ordentliche betriebliche Übergabe. Die Sorgfalt einer grossen Organisation, ohne den Overhead.

Ich bin in der Schweiz ansässig und arbeite mit Kunden in der Schweiz und in Rumänien, auf Englisch und Rumänisch.
